I just got an invoice from the current Phillips auction, and here is how they do the breakdown:

Example:

Hammer Price: 8,000 CHF

VAT on Hammer: 640 CHF

Premium: 2,000 CHF

VAT on Premium: 160 CHF

Lot Total: 10,800 CHF

The "SOLD FOR" that is published online, does not include VAT fees, only Hammer price + Premium.
