Hodinkee originally sold 125 of these watches . . . I would guess that the number of orders was some multiple of that number . . . who knows, uninformed guess would be 3X / 4X / 5X.

So now, we are seeing this imbalance find equilibrium in the market . . . at the price of $13,955.

And I imagine that The Rake / Revolution doing a related Limited Edition only increased the demand for the Hodinkee LE.

Yep, as a neighbor used to say, "The world is about the funniest place to be right now".
