i don't really read it this way. at all. he is saying the market is down (it is) and here is an amazing that is for sale at what he thinks is a good price. he is saying smart collectors are buying the dip. i am not sure what you would expect him to say given that he has the watch and it is actually for sale at what a year ago would be an unbelievably bargain price ? if you like the price, buy it!
