I have also received many emails like that, which are supposedly from an ebay buyer. Luckily for me the first time it happened I wasn’t buying or selling anything, so I was immediately suspicious. I have also had very convincing spoof or fishing emails from paypal. For the few clicks that it takes I forward them to spoof@ebay.com or paypal.com. Maybe with enough information ebay or paypal can do something.
