No, that's what EMail is for. If you wish to discuss non-watch topics there are plenty of discussion forums available on the Internet.

We at Chronocentric/OTD wish to remain focused on the topics we have forums for and related topics. Discussions on other topics belong on forums for those subjects, or email or Instant Messages, etc.
