Thanks for the answer, but I think your pictures also illustrate my query
Your case (from the crystal at 12)has a small flat, then an angled section back, then from there, a concave shape to the shroud over the strap.

Compare it to the LeJour currently on E-Bay in the link below (I have no connection with this sale). That case has the flat, the angle, then a straight step back and finally a straight to the lug shroud.

I think it possesses a different case to yours?
