CBCCRD is, in fact, subject to stringent export controls, and cannot be exported to any country. In fact, to send one from Georgia to Tennessee would require special permits and licenses.

: I'm sorrry, but that will be impossible. The CBCCRD uses
: propritetary technology developed in conjunction with the U.S.
: Army, the Navy, the Marines, the NSC, the CIA, the BBC, Black
: Ops, Blue Ops, One Ops, Two Ops and other agencies so secret
: that even its own agents don't know its acronym. (We could tell
: them but then we'd have to kill them.)
: The CBCCRD is an example of what makes America the most freeest and
: most greatest nation upon the Earth, keeping the world free to
: wear whichever and whenever which chronograph will fit under
: whichever and whatever shirt one would be wearing whenever which
: is the cornerstone of a stable democracy.
