In Response To: Diver 100 $5,800 ()

Before I comment, I should flag that I have recently bought a Diver 100 for a similar price to the one that Abel is seeking, so my views below may be tainted by trying to justify my own excesses!

My view is that this is the right market price for a Diver in that condition from a high-quality seller. How many of these watches even exist? I think that Alex's site mentions 5 known examples, although I expect its higher (Jeff, maybe we need a register!). There was a sale recently on E-bay which drew a lot of comment here- I would argue that Abel's watch is in better condition than this, with the added bonus of coming from a seller who is well known and highly trust worthy. Well worth the premium in my view.
