I don't have a clue why.... and Paypal don't tell me why...The reason is PP-730-554-769, but no info about what a heck that means... They want proof of delivery, but do not say of what... All my latest watch sales has reached their new home safely.
Have anyone experienced the same problem?
Last month they gave full refund to a guy that damaged a photograpic lens that I sold, after delivery, and wanted full return. ....I lost the case.... Seller has no rights with Paypal..
I am not sure if I dare to use Paypal anymore. :-(
