I've got a Sinn 556 for the slightly-tougher-than-normal occasions, but for a real knockabout (ie rock climbing & swimming) I've just got a cheap digital Highgear Enduro - actually the Obama's Third Watch from the thread here.

I think the best idea is an old Seiko Diver, those things are relatively indestructible :)
