Seriously seek a nice vintage out in the flesh, or look at them on the owners wrists (i'm sure several of us would be delighted to let you try one on!) if you're coming to the December auction.

I've owned a re-edition blue and black dial about 2 years back, they are not "special" in the same way,at least not for me and i sold them as soon as i could.

But it all depends what "floats your boat" as has been already said.
