Based on a quick inspection, I would say that the only difference between the two is the serial number . . . all else seems to be identical (including the somewhat "bent toward the end" time-of-day hands).

Both these are unmolested original-owner watches.

The new guy has a 1/71 bracelet, which came with the watch, so this one allows us to peg a serial number (2055xx) to a date (1/71) . . . a thrill for all the SN freaks!!
