Re: Gentlemen, how would you classify this chronograph ?

Thanks for your reply.
When I first bought this watch several years ago I suspected it was a Heuer despite the "Bulova" dial.
Everything else looked Heuer to me as I had owned several other Heuers prior to this one.
I expected to see a Heuer signed movement but found one signed Bulova. Then I looked at other Heuers
with cal. 15 and found that the movement is identical. I have not looked at the back of the dial but
believe that it was made by Singer. It shares characteristics of other Singer dials I have that were made
for Speedmasters. So with all that I see this watch a Heuer, not as a Bulova.
When I asked the question How do you classify this watch this is what I meant was:
do you see it as a Bulova or as a Heuer.
I think that a term "poor mans Heuer " is an unfortunate misnomer.
It is a shame that this thread got hijacked by someone who went out of his way to find an image I DID NOT PROVIDE HERE
to find something wrong... with this watch.
When you collect vintage watches it is a GIVEN that it will not be mint. You want a mint watch buy a new one.
One should not criticize a vintage watch because it does not look new.
Here is another "wolf in sheep's clothing"
