I would be in the leave it alone camp. The chrome-plate Monza when the case is worn just looks a bit messy, but I find brassed PVD quite appealing.

However, you might feel you have that base covered with your 13-1 and would want the Monza more pristine. It's a personal choice and the answer is whatever is right for you - I'd personally take this as my first step towards the grail and wear it as is and keep on the lookout for a sharp example as my ultimate grail, that way you get to wear one and still have some of the fun/thrill/wearying disappointment of the chase!
