Re: speaking as a car designer
In Response To: Re: speaking as a car designer ()

its silhouette is nothing like a z4 coupe the z4 is a pure coupe.. one line front the top of the a pillar back to the rear deck.... the ferrari has a broken line that makes the silhouette more interesting... regards to other manufacturers already doing this.. bmw and audi do not produce a two door shooting break, five door supposed coupes yes 5 series gts... but that is exactly what this ferrari is not.... its a two door shooting break.. estate car however you want to label it.. the closest there is, and most recent is the bentley superlegera flying star... and going back yes the bmw z3.... its all these small things that bring about new segments in vehicle design... overall id say it was a great attempt to move the 612 scaglietti into a new genre...

theres been lots of discussion on this in the studio recentley.... it will influence bmw and audi and porsche... wouldnt be surprised to see the panamera chopped into a two door with the profile something similar to this...
