Re: speaking as a car designer
In Response To: Re: speaking as a car designer ()

the front grill is too much for me... the main problem is that the brightwork slats are hanging in mid air, theres no outside finisher to complete them, the spacing of them is poor and in section they dont look premium, verys similar to a peugeot... front lamps and hood sculpture looks great and links nicely with lamp graphic... studio opinon is pretty much the same, nearly but not quite....

: I agree that it isn't precisely the same as the Z4 coupe, though
: the rear fender line is damn similar.
: While you are correct that Audi and BMW have been making 4 door
: shooting brake GT's rather than 2 door ones, the fact remains
: that this type of fastback concept has been done before. Also,
: don't forget the Saab 9X concept from years back which was also
: a 2 door shooting brake. I'm just saying this car doesn't break
: new ground, except that it is quite a departure for Ferrari. I
: applaud their guts for doing such an unusual car.
: I am curious what yu think of the front, and what your other studio
: mates have thought about the wide toothy grill. For me, it's
: just way too large and reminds me of a Peugeot with braces.
