not that long ago, all i would see on forum boards full of "experts" and "enthusiasts" would be tag is crap, too expensive, ugly, only a marketing company, no factory, etc,etc,etc. these same people who hammered on any newbie to stay away are now posting things like, love the monza re-edition, link with cal 36 is a great watch, reissue monaco, autavia, carrera are beauties, etc, etc.

so imo there is a slight to moderate change going on in the watch enthusiast world. now of course not everyone is jumping ship, but i think tag with the use of the reissue classic designs has given some of these once haters/dislikers something to grab on to and designs that are more functional and likeable. just my take from lurking and watching different posters over the last year or so...
