That one has fluted pushers - look at the black shadow on the lower pusher, that's one of the flutes.

Heuer did sometimes use components from previous models, but it's not something I've seen on 1153 pushers - the fluted ones seem ready from day 1 and carry on through to the end. I've seen a few with round pushers but they all look to have been replacements, often with other things wrong. Yours does look otherwise ok, but I think it might warrant a note back to the seller asking how it comes to have incorrect pushers having been stored for so long - they may have seized in that time, but I'd have wanted my watchmaker to persist with fixing the originals rather than swapping them out for smooth ones. If you ask, they might still have the originals or be prepared to offer some discount, as, although we find these for sale occasionally, they're not exactly cheap nowadays.
