The majority of 253xxx is a Carrera range according to my spreadsheet, with Monaco 1133s immediately and 1533s further below it.
And whilst 256xxx is a Monaco range, as Rich notes it's not one for 1533s - it's for 74033s (aka 740303s), including the PVDs. I haven't seen an 1153 or 1553 with the usual serial markings in this range.
