This seller name is an alias for watchmeisterin, also purportedly from Winterthur. I'm retailing rumor here, so take it FWIW, but the word I heard is that these are offshore (turkish in this case) assemblers of frankens who sell from an address in Switzerland for added legitimacy. I'm no judge of Heuers, but in the vintage Zenith world, the seller's stock is heavy in very well done frankens.
