Re: Which elements are you ready to give up on?

Difficult.. but on the 'want list'...

Classic shaped case
Clean layout
Balanced design
Preferably tri-compax

Peter suggested the Breitling Top-Time, which is quite nice, is there another Breitling that is 'clean'. I do like the Navitimer / 806, but maybe something with less clutters dial.

Never been a huge fan of the Daytona!

Stewart

: Hi Stewart, nice and though question!
: I own the re-edition from the '90's and I do find it's such a
: balanced watch...
: I reckon you should relax some of the features if you don't want to
: end up being suggested a Rolex Daytona.
: So what can you do without:
: - manual wind
: - lack of date ( here definitely less is more for me)
: - non-integrated lugs
: - exposed pusher stems

: Pls. Advise.
: I personally love this combination so much I couldn't change
: anything, but I see the size issue many have.
: Cheers
: Fabrizio
