Re: What do You Make of the Silver Printing?

Is the silver printing unusual only at these serial numbers, or across the whole production run of Carreras, even early ones?

: To our experts:

: What do you make of the silver printing on the dial? We saw it on
: one of Arno's Carreras (Lot 68), and now we see it on the Cougar
: Carrera.

: Oddly enough, the Cougar Carrera is a 3147N with serial number
: 87994; serial number 87995 is a 3147N, with white printing.

: Any ideas about this silver printing? Special run? Special order?
: Random? One thing for sure -- the contrast really makes the
: white Cougar "pop"!!
