Xavier,
Actually, the price for the "Regular" Bond model is $2,600 plus tax (list). You can expect to pay in the vicinity of $2,300 tax in if you shop well.
The Special Edition is $3,500 plus tax list and you won't get any significant discount on it due to the limited edition status.
Anyway, I decided agains the purchase of the special edition and am still trying to convice myself that it's not stupid blowing $2,000 dollars on something I don't need at all but would like very much...
Best regards,
Claude-Étienne
Hi
: I wonder where you saw it for CDN$2500. Last
: time I went to Birks, in Ste-Foy (I am
: living in Trois-Rivieres, no dealer there),
: the sales person offered me the 007 SE for
: $3500 and told me the regular 2531.80 was
: the same price.
: Should I feel cheated?
: Could you please tell me about the adresses
: where you were shopping?
: Regards
: Xavier
