Well, its been a full three seconds fast yesterday in a 11-hour work day. Only about 1 second fast during the night, crown up.

Today, in a as little as a 9-hour workday, it is a full 2.5 seconds fast. That would translate into about +7.5 for a whole day. Isn't that a bit much for a chronometer?

I'll certainly give it at least two months before I get someone to play with it, though I am surprised by the margin by which it is off.

From what the salesperson told me at the dealer where I purchased the watch at the end of last week, the watch is fairly recent. She only had in in store for a few weeks. So I assume it hadn't been sitting there for so long.

Any thoughts? Thanks anyway for your comments!
