: I heard that sometime during the 2000 year Omega will be
: releasing a Seamaster with a black dial. Any truth to this
: rumor? Anyone have any information on what this watch will
: look like? Thanks.
Not a rumor -- I have had a confirmation direct from Omega on this. Not only will they be introducing at least one black dialed Seamaster Pro, they will also be introducing more ladies versions.
No photos yet of the new models, but the recently released limited edition Seamaster 'America's Cup' may give an indication of where Omega is headed.
