As Chuck said, the problem is most likely due to the ongoing problems with the 33xx series. Omega has not reported any issues regarding defective co-axial escapements, and I have never read about any problems with it on any of the forums. By contrast, there have been lots of reported problems with the Piguet-based 33xx calibers, so I'm sure this is the cause of your problems.
I do agree that Omega should be taking better care of you, so I'd take Chuck's advice and let them know how unhappy you are. Maybe if enough people complain, they'll take this problem a bit more seriously.
