Omega is a high end prestige watch company. I enjoy mine vey much, and can vouch for the quality of the cal 2500 so far. In terms of the world of watches, it is foolish, i repeat foolish to even suggest that Omega watches are shabby. Stop comparing a well finished, technologically innovative auto to a lower end quartz. Its like apples and oranges, i am filled with some pity for those who dont understand this.
