I mean, $10 grand for a SS stripped F.Piguet movement?? It makes no sense. Why would a non auto version of the F.Piguet cost that much? It would make more sense that it would cost that much to mfg a limited series of caliber 321 movements with the coaxial escapement and call it the caliber 32x1. Surely Omega doesn't think we are that uniformed to pay that kind of money for something so unspecial as the F.Piguet. But Omega does probably know that a reissued upgraded cal 321 might command that price.
