For the answer to the NUMBER #1 most frequently asked question here--for details or value of a specific older Omega watch you have--go to: Tell Me About My Omega. | Learn more about How To Include Photos and HTML In Your Postings. | To contact someone with a question not relevant to other readers of the forum, please click on their email address and contact them privately. |
You can click on the link below to go to the (Corporation) Omega Vintage Page. It's free to register, and you can inquire about your watch. Their online database is sketchy though, and I found nothing using the movement number, but that doesn't mean much. However, last I checked, they did respond to individual e-mails. Might take a while.
I do think the serial number puts it around 1947. (Does that make sense?) As to value, try looking for something similar on Ebay. You can narrow your search to Omegas from 1940-1969
