: Hi everyone! I recently went in to my local Omega dealer and
: inquired about a rubber GMT strap for my Sea Pro. I knew
: that the blue shark skin strap was about $80 US, and
: figured that the rubber one would be about the same, if not
: less. Needless to say, I was floored when the salesgirl
: came back to me and told me the price. Now, I am aware of
: Omega's fine quality and reputation. However, I think that
: $600 for a RUBBER strap is a bit much. Is this the normal
: going rate? I know this particular store's watches are
: overpriced (and they won't dicker at all). So maybe they
: jacked up the price on their accessories too? Thanks for
: all info. And, Derek, this is a great page!!
: Best regards, Eric
