True, BUT...

While your comments are, from a purely physical point of view, legitimate, remember that mechanical watches have, indeed, a dynamic range of precision and variation of time-keeping. This explains why my Automatic Bond is .25 to .50 secs behind after 4 days (second test week), and all my best quartz ones are already 2.5+ secs ahead (isn't that beautiful?) Again, electronics are, POTENTIALLY, MUCH more accurate than mechanics... But, with some simple tricks, you can perfectly reverse this.

Sorry about the unfortunate incidents with your previous auto. Hope you are now enjoying your watch.
