How Do You Choose: 2531.80.00 or 2054.50.00??

Hello all,
I'm finally in a position where I will get one of these two watches. But which one? I like the color on the 2531.80.00 and the smaller dot markers but the hands seem a bit short. I like the black color on the 2054.50.00 but the dot markers seem too big, however the hands seem just the right length - but it also looks a bit like a Rolex. I was eventually going to get the bond watch until the 2054 came out.

Have any of you faced this same dilemma and how did you finally decide?

This will be my every day watch.
