Re: First time service checklist for Omega Seamast

: My Omega is still very new and should not need
: servicing for quite awhile (fingers
: crossed); however, when you send a watch for
: servicing, what is the procedure? Do you
: contact them first, just send it in, what do
: you send with it? Etc.

You don't need to contact them first. You should send the watch ONLY and send it in a padded box or case that you don't want back. The watch will be shipped back to you in either a red zippered Omega padded travel case or wrapped inside a large piece of foam in a box. Don't send in your original boxes, cards, etc. Include a letter telling them what you would like to have done and you will receive a quote prior to any work beginning.
