E-Bay Day: Pre-Moon Speedy Pro: Redialed? *LINK* *PIC*

To kick off E-bay day I thought I'd get some expert feedback on my amateur detective work. I bookmarked the Speedy below last week when I was still in the market.
Looking at it again yesterday, it looked to me like it's been redialed.
a) The Speedmaster script with the rounder "S" and shorter "r" and the somewhat more delicate OMEGA logo look like those from the so-called Modern Speedmaster from Chuck's dial guide (see image)
b) the Swiss Made mark at the bottom of the dial isn't surrounded by "Ts"
c) the markers (trititum?) show almost no aging.

First, am I right?
Second, if it has been redialed with a authentic but period-incorrect OEM dial, how much of a hit is this on value? To anyone but a WIS, this watch looks fine.
