Well, I'm one of the guys who harshly criticized Omega's main service center in Secaucus, NJ. They botched up a warranty repair so badly that I wouldn't even entertain the thought of actually paying them money to work on my watch. I might pay them money not to touch my watch, though. Sadly, I am not the only person who has had problems with the work performed in NJ. Sending a watch there is like playing Russian roulette.

As for your question about the vintage Constellation, I openly admit that I am not an expert in vintage Omegas. There are people on this forum, like our esteemed moderator, SteveW62, who have forgotten more about vintage Omegas than I will ever know. Hopefully he or one of the other vintage experts here can help you with that question.
