: First of all, can you quantify
: "decent".

: Not out of the question, especially if it runs
: fast already

: This does not sound normal to me so keep an
: eye on it. Like I said before, I believe the
: cal. 2500 and variants lose time crown up
: and gain time face up.

: Please also keep in mind the resource you use
: to compare/set your watch to. I have found
: that nothing is reliable other than the
: atomic clock. Don't use your computer, your
: cell phone, etc to check against. Only use
: the atomic clock. I beleive www.time.gov is
: one of them, or just to a search for atomic
: clock. You can probably find a quick link or
: create one for your desktop. I was
: originally using my computer till I figured
: out it was not accurate, even with the
: atomic sync feature. It drove me crazy

Thanks Mike,

What I mean by decent is +1-2 / -1-2 secs per day on average.

I reset the watch at the end of Aug and it never deviated outside of +10 / -10 secs.

The only thing is that the behavior of the watch seems to change quite a bit. Like i said, before when I left it face down it would lose maybe 3 or 4 secs over night, now it gains, the last time being 25 seconds.

I wear the watch for 12 - 14 hours every day and if I leave if crown up or crown down overnight it maintains and accuracy of about 1 sec per day.

I dont understand how it can gain 25 secs overnight face down.

Last night I left it crown up and it is spot on.

By the way I use www.greenwichmeantime.com to check the time.

Cheers,

Bob
