Good looking watch in the box

Movement serial number dates it to about 1977, or later

Calibre 1022, is the 23 jewel non-chronometer version of the day-date, hacking, quickset day and quickset date, second generation of the calibre 1000 (27.90 RA SC PC CALD CORR CORJ STS 23p)

27.90 mm in diameter
RA automatic winding
SC center seconds
PC shock protected
CALD day-date
CORR quickset date
CORJ quickset day
STS hacking seconds
23 jewels

The only real difference between this watch and the chronometer 1021 is that the 1021s were tested.

Omega PIC 366.0848

3 - mens bracelet
6 - non-chronograph
6 - date (or day-date)

The rest is a model designation

This particular model does not occur in the Omega vintage database. This is of no concern -- it is far from complete.

Enjoy your watch

Sam
