: looked at by a pro. And yes, a Casio would have been more

One thing people forget with their mechanical watches is that they NEED to be used or at least run on a winder. For a watch to set for several years with almost no wear, number one comes to mind is the OIL. It will sink and coagulate or just dry out. Running a watch with dry oil will cause wear and tear and possible breakage of a part(s). As was said, you have a fine watch but it needs professional attention. Think of your watch movement like the engine in a car.
After sitting for several years all the oil will be in the pan and gunk.
