Costco's return policy. . .
In Response To: Re: Costco ()

Actually, Costco is notorious for dealing in the grey market; ie. Callaway golf clubs, Oakley sunglasses, etc. all of which carry no manufacturer warranty. However, from info given to me by my cousin, a Costco supervisor in SoCal, they have one of the most liberal return policies. In fact, he relayed a story in which a guy returned a used, weathered barbeque, and they took it back, no questions asked! Because they deal with so much volume due to their many stores and large inventory, they can bully most of the grey distributors in that space.

Would I buy a serialized Omega from them and put this open return policy to the test? Yes, but they didn't have the SeaMaster Chrono so bought it at Ashford at a 37% discount!!

I wonder what Costo does with used, returned, and god forbid, internally damaged Omega's? I wonder if they just put them back into stock? Hmmmmmmm. . .
