Looks like a fake to me, have you got any more pics? This watch should have the words 'Cartier' (clearly) running through the numeral seven. Many copies that are available do actually have this, but it isn't clear and usually tends to have a letter missing at the end of the word 'Cartier' if you look closely. Also a good way to tell if it is a real Cartier Tank Francaise or not, is to look at the back of the watch. The back should be raised, not flat and curved to the shape of the watch, and all the markings should be stamped into the metal and not engraved.
