Hello all,
Its been a while since posts.
There is a Carrera selling at the moment that seems to have been incorrectly catalogued as a "Porsche Racing" Carrera.
It has Meister on the dial- but i think Meister was a Swiss retailer- I have a MonteCarlo with box and papers that seems to have been sold by Meister, as it is stamped Meister on the papers as well as the dial.
Is this the case- were Meister retailers or did they run a race team, or both?
Does anyone know the answer- it made pretty serious money for a two register Carrera.
Also, I've received a perfect Viceroy Autavia with box and papers & original strap and buckle that I'll have to get around to scan to show the crew here the "full package".
Cheers
Stewart.
