Hi Mark.
Check out your home contents insurance first; that should cover a few watches before the collection gets too large. You may need to specify individual values of the watches, and your insurer may require you to get a valuation from a jeweller rather than declaring the value yourself. Once you bust the value that they will insure you to, you can look at specialist insurance.
