This dial has fascinated me since I saw it on the dial boards in the Heuer Archives. I've posted below a close up photo of the dial board taken at the Collectors Summit in 2013. You are right that this is likely a dial for an alarm watch (or pocket watch), as a wider photo of the dial board shows the dial in a section listed as "Reveil" which I believe means "Alarm" or wake up call. Any body have any idea of what the case of this watch would look like?
