It's just a brandless variation of the one Zeno-Watch Bassel sold a few years ago.
Sellers back then had a hard time getting rid of one of those in the $500-600 range.
It has also been in the market as Lebois & Co. and a few other names.
I don't think it has ever been anyone's favorite chronograph, but if you really like it, I would recommend you getting one in NOS condition. NOS ones still pop up from time to time. I've got the feeling there are quite a few of those around.

FYI: Every Bullhead chronograph has the same sort of shape, profile, design, with the crown end being much thicker than the bottom one.
