Recently, a Carrera 3647 S came up for sale. I thought it was overall in great shape with apparently all original parts, but wanted to get your thoughts on the dial. Is it refinished ?
The Dial is "T Swiss" so apparently not the first run of dials Heuer used initially.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
