"Straight Development" of Heuer Prices

No doubt, the vintage Heuers have not gone straight up over the last 10 years, and the crazy prices that we saw in 2016 and 2017 definitely "corrected" in the period from 2018 through 2020. My records suggest that there were exactly five vintage Heuers that sold publicly at price north of $100K, and I believe that three of them would now sell in the $50K to $100K level, and that two of them might still top the $100K mark. Not exactly the stuff of bubbles; "correction" seems to be the right word.

Sorry to be so vague, but this is a big topic, and difficult to address in a quick posting.

: Hi , thank you for pointing out this. Arno a monaco fan like me

: Interview? Little bit tricky for Arno to say something and bring it
: to the End.

: I cannot see the staight development of heuer price, I see of cause
: a cracked bubble in the past and a consolidation on a lower
: Level. Depends on the watch.

: Either I do not want collect only NOS watches , that does not mean
: that I would buy dials like this skipperera , the hype about
: this watch i do not understand anyway.

: best regards
