Info/Repairs on Marcel et Cie Champion logo Chrono

I've got a Marcel et Cie vintage two register chrono.
Can anyone tell me anything about it? It's got a stainless case, a black dial that says "17 jewels" and a Champion logo above 6 o'clock. Two pushers. The back says Swiss made and has a six digit serial #. Looks vaguely like a 60s Carrera. (Must have been what Champion gifted during an off-year when the Carreras and Camaros ran out.)

Also, it wasn't working when I bought it. Any suggestion for where I can get quality work done relatively cheaply on a watch of this vintage? (I'm near NYC, but of course I can ship it.)

Thanks in advance,
Allen
