Monte Carlo Repair

Hi. I have a Heuer Monte Carlo with a problem. The hour wheel resets to 11 instead of 0, following a minor repair by a local watchmaker who overestimated his abilities. So I started out with one small problem last week, and have a bigger one this week. While this may be a simple fix, I wouldn't be inclined to try to fix it myself without some better guidance.

However, I have been trying to find someone who knows Monte Carlos and will repair them, but no one I've contacted (at least in the US) seems to know what to do. I have emailed Watchmaker Dave in Chicagoland, but he's on vacation. Any recommendations? Thanks.
