Super Rare "Transitional" Non-Pasadena

OK, so here's a simple solution:

Let's declare it to be a "Transitional" non-Pasadena,
see whether we can get the paint to look weird, at least from certain angles, and
announce that it is an exceedingly rare execution.

I imagine that this will be easier than trying to explain this anomoly.
I will take this question to the "Man on the Mountain", and see whether he might be able to enlighten us. Often, he just laughs!! I tell him that he should have noted all these points, back in the day. He responds that then we would have nothing to do with our lives!
