I like it, a lot

Serious vintage collectors aren't the target market for a $200 quartz watch anyways, so the offerings that these would displace at this price point are all pretty bad outside of Seiko automatics (which are totally different). Would you rather see somebody wearing a men's Michael Kors watch / Shinola quartz watch for $800, or a vintage inspired (and pretty well executed) Dan Henry? The latter for me.

Also, it would possibly act as a gateway watch into the actual world of vintage for the owners - something that is good for the hobby as a whole.
